Good catch Marius. Actually it is Gonzales...check out this tribute site from the family...I get emails from his brother sometimes.

Actually it is spelled S-E-G-U-R-A...Pancho Segura. Well, just kidding.
Indeed, Big Pancho was a Gonzales with an S. The confusion with the Z probably comes from the current aTp player from Chile, Fernando Gonzalez. Also a big hitter, but nowhere near the elegance of the old Gonzales.

Doubt that, he was enshrined in the Hall of Fame in 1968, much earlier Fernando's even being born:-). And they are using Gonzalez:
