Trey Waltke has been involved in every aspect of tennis for more than 50 years. As a player, he competed on the ATP Tour for more than a decade, reaching a career-high ranking of 41 in the world in 1981. Along the way, he earned wins over many top ten players, including multiple victories over four players ranked number one in the world – John McEnroe, Jimmy Connors, Ilie Nastase, and Stan Smith. Following the end of his playing days, Trey in 1984 started Reebok’s tennis division. From 2000-2004 he was general manager of the fabled Los Angeles Tennis Club and is currently the general manager of the Malibu Racquet Club, a post he’s held for nearly 20 years.
