Sliding on hard courts has become one of the defining movement skills of the modern game. Backed by emerging research and demonstrated at the highest levels of the sport, the ability to slide can improve court coverage, recovery, and balance under pressure. In this video, we explore a series of foundational drills designed to help players safely begin developing the movement patterns that make hard-court sliding possible.
