Isabel Santis, PhD, MA, is a multidisciplinary researcher, educator, and facilitator of transformative experiences. The wife of TennisPlayer.net founder John Yandell, she helped create the site over 20 years ago and became Managing Editor following John’s passing in 2025.

With a background in marketing and project management, Isabel led teams and initiatives at KQED, Salesforce, AAA, and ThirdAge Media before returning to academia in 2018 to pursue a PhD in East-West Psychology. Her work explores the intersection of climate change, consciousness transformation, and the intentional use of psychedelics.

Her research focuses on how psychedelics influence experiences of eco-anxiety and promote shifts in attitudes, beliefs, and actions. Passionate about integration, Isabel supports people in translating insights from expanded states of consciousness into tangible life changes and sustained personal growth.
