    That's correct right?

Anyway your post above only proves my point regarding the will of a champion!
It is gzhpcu@bluewin.ch win not wing.

I heard just this moment from Juliana, but she was too late, since I ordered it elsewhere... thanks for you help John... (I am still like a little kid, very impatient when I want something... )

Heard nothing anymore from them Stotty, even though I phoned and used the contact form.

Finally got it from here: http://howtoplaytennis.net/

They charged 78 US dollars for shipping. They shipped it today...

I have asked for information via their contact form. Maybe I will have better luck. Did they give you the shipping costs to Switzerland? I assume they will be similar to the UK.

Have him email Juliana@OncourtOffcourt.com. She will be in the office Monday morning.

On the first Eye Coach I got about three years ago I actually had to have the metal section of the arm welded to the base because the wingnut would loosen up after a couple of hits...that was after a year or so. My new one has been trouble free save for tightening things occasionally. There is one problem with my new one in that the ball doesn't line up evenly with the base. I angle the unit to get an even position but it is a bit annoying. I can only assume this is an anomaly.
Thanks for clearing that one up and your candid observations. I will drop them an email and ask if I order one if they will ensure it's all lined up correctly before shipping. Being as I am in the UK I am a long way from support.

I like the concept of eye coach.

I never watch the ball anymore because I am always watching the student. I have become expert at hitting a ball where I think it might be...

I should also mention that you can practice everything you need to on the Eye Coach without blasting away at it. Kids are the biggest offenders but adults seem to want to go bombs away on it too. My feeling is if the base lifts off the ground with weight on it you're hitting it too hard.

    Stotty,

Will ask Scott about that...I know he says many students initially blast the hell out of it despite admonition...but it's survived that. Suspect it is durable if not indestructable...

Let me know how you get on with it...and the shipping costs. I am on the brink of ordering but had the same trouble as you.

My only concern is how durable the apparatus is. I assume the student just strokes the ball when using eye coach. Nevertheless, on a day in day out basis, I wonder what its lifespan is.
