A New Teaching System: The Wrist

I now believe the arguments and accusations and depredations (tennis player upon tennis player) will never fully resolve. After all we are talking about the wrist! Is it critical to the forehand? Is it passive? Is it active? What does wrist snap even mean?

About 15 years ago I wrote an article on the Myth of the Wrist (Click Here) that made a lot of people happy and a lot of people angry. And not much has changed since then! I’ve broadened my understanding and learned from others in the meantime and looked at hundreds more high speed clips of the wrist in pro forehands and in forehands at all levels.
