In articles one (Click Here) and two (Click Here) we explored the details and technique of the forehand and backhand drop shots. In these last 2 installments, I will share with you some of my favorite games and exercises to develop better drop shots and continental grip feel.
These mini tennis games can be used any time in practice, but they make especially good warm up or warm down games. They can be a fun way to develop feel at the beginning or the end of practices.
