I was wondering that, but it's the height the ATP lists. Sort of like the NBA draft picks that are 7 feet tall until they measure them before the draft and get 6 ft 9 in in bare feet

And yes, serving it out after getting hit in the face and broken (his serve that is) took some concentration.

In a big UFE for the ATP, an advertising panel fell from the facing along the upper stands in Halle onto the fans below.

An ambulance was called and Zverev rushed in to help fans who had been hit.

Very true, very few under report their height. Isner was probably the exception, he was taller than 6'9". Even some tall guys over report their height. I think Med and Khachanov are both around 6'5" or so, not 6'6". Neither was Micheal Jordon for that matter. When he was measured flat footed for the Olympics, he was just under 6'5". Tsitsipas is a true 6'4" it seems. Sinner was listed at 6'2" for a while, and he looks to be 6'3" or so.
