Drop and hit is great, it's huge, Dennis, but what's happened to you? You've become huge. Your ideas are great and I remember imitating your FH and BH in the 60s, but you no longer look the part: you need to push, push yourself away from the table.

ouch--you probably don't know this so I'm sure you aren't trying to be hurtful but Dennis has severe problems with one foot. Think that has cut down on his aerobic exercise. It's his mind though that is the valuable part.

Thanks, John, for putting me straight. Didn't know that Dennis R had foot problems and sincerely apologize for my brash comments about his weight. Anyway, drop and hit is a great teaching tool...

Ralston's advice on drop and hit is awesome! I have never come across a better teaching tip in over forty years of playing tennis. Thank you Mr. Ralston, you are a national treasure.
