Hey I am really interested to know the cycle of a pro and the exercises they do in the gym

The physical training articles by Pat Etcheberry and Paul Roetert on weight training for the lower body seem really old. Both of them don't recommend doing squats?

I cant find any information on the net as to what exactly the pros do in the gym in regards to weight training

You are REALLY (?) interested and don't want to pay a lousy 99 dollars for a year with an abundance of world class information especially focussed on tennis? Do you expect everything to be free?
