    hey im flying over to france to play tennis tournaments

    how much does tension drop from a trip there is alot of conflicting information

      Relaxation...

      Try taking deep breaths...this will help to reduce any tension in you. Be very careful of any medications that you may take to help you relax though...as they may show up in drug tests if you have to take any. Good Luck!

        On a transcontinental flight, his sticks are probably in the baggage compartment. Same pressure atmosphere as the cabin (about 8,000'), so the pressure dropping is not much of an issue, although, lower temperature and air pressure on strings for an extended time, may cause some trampoline issues, shots going out long at altitude is not just due to less molecular matter in the way of the ball, but also due to less pressure on the string itself affecting elongation/elasticity/depth of shot. Short time=no problem.
