Mentioning a couple of different footwork patterns, naming them, is ok. Not much detail there, about energy, intention, common mistakes most of us make in our own feet, the difference between upper and lower body coils, loads, and unloads, kinetic pathways. Kinetic tennis. It's all related to pathways/intentions/grounded force transferring to the impact/feel of the shot.

Would this be classified as a lateral transfer?
