  • Three main technical (vs. mental) causes of unforced errors.

No torso coil or unit turn, too open while trying to hit the shot. (Often while tight or nervous.)

Not in the middle third of the hitting area of the string bed, bottom or top third, or out of the pocketed area. (Strings are too short and have no elasticity nor feel out of the pocket.)

Not the right distance from your body, ie, not letting low balls come into your body enough, (causing netted shots) and letting high balls come too far into the body, (causing shots to go long), not going out after the high shots further out in front than normal waist high shots. The length of your own arm determines the right contact point.

The single biggest reason for unforced errors...technically speaking

Technically speaking...the single biggest reason for an unforced error is being late. Being late and not in position to make a balanced swing with the proper corresponding footwork.

The biggest "mental" reason for unforced errors.

Along side the physical body, there is the electro body, shadowing nerve path ways and cell structures, that exists in a sort of cloud like form. It carries our desire/will/intentions/emotions/mental issues to the physical body. It contains thousands of voltages and frequencies, all crashing around and coinciding simultaneously and is more violent than any thunderstorm!... .

Djokovic hired Igor cetojevic the expert on the electro body, accupuncture lines of force, chinese medicine, etc, in June 2010.

The electro body has no mind. It is affected and controlled by our conscious and unconscious minds.

Athletic and every other type of performance emanates from it. It's a shadow body, with little mass, like ether gas, that transmits every emotion, every desire, every intention, to our physical body, from our two minds. It's like an overlaid electrical force field, and many have plotted its pathways, like controlled lightning strikes in a hot red gorgeous star nebula, that never end.

"The SCIO device measures over forty virtual dimensions. The variations of amperage and voltage flow provide the means to measure capacitance and inductance. These are the reflections of static and magnetic effects of bio-electricity. Variations in amperage and voltage allow the measurement of frequency. Due to such detailed pinpointing of the various frequencies in the human body, the SCIO provides very accurate evaluation of the patient’s condition and can identify problems before they manifest in the physical body. It can send “correct" frequencies to the are of weakness, and with the co-operation of the patient (making the necessary changes in diet and lifestyle to correct the condition that caused the problem) can effect very efficient healing."
That's when he picked up his game to unbelievable heights, and Igor diagnosed him with the SCIO machine, a frequency injector, as being glucose intolerant! He injected Joker with the frequencies and voltages daily and sold him several SCIO machines.

It reacts and exists near the speed of light as these mental impulses originate from our mind and our conscious/unconscious will power, and then drive down the electro pathways to our cells/nerves/muscles/etc.

Fear/anger/emotion/joy/euphoria, all have effects on the physical performance of our will and our intentions.

The greatest cause of unforced errors in the mental area is a misnomer: it's really the electro body that causes them. Nerves cause the electro body to tighten up our physical body and that slows the physical body down. Many emotions cause the two competing systems to go out of synch as well.

The solution is to intend the physical to speed up, while at the same time slowing down the electro body (will/desire\emotions/|\anger\tactics/intentions/game plans/thoughts), so that the physical body and the electro body are more in sych with each other. That's why so many coaches teach calm relaxation, as the path way to dominating speed and power. Martial artists, football players, futbol, etc, all know that the path way to domination is self belief, calm speed, and they arrive at this speed via a greater synchronization of the two competing systems running your game!

Speed the physical body up by slowing the electro body down. All top quarterbacks talk about "slowing down time", and to them, they feel as if two seconds is really six seconds.

This takes years of practice to develop, and I call it time staggering.

Only the best are adept. It's the same in every other sport. The adept dominate due to their mastery over this ability to time stagger, or the perception of slowing down time anyway, by synching the two competing systems.

Many coaches say, "You can't coach speed." The truth is, you can coach the synch, which creates the ability to time stagger, and the perception of having more time comes into being due to the faster, more relaxed physical body is moving faster, coiling more, releasing the coil faster, while it feels slower to the adept.

The intention is to coil more, earlier, unit turn more, earlier, quicker, in a more relaxed way, and to release the coil quicker, in a more relaxed way, and to listen to your internal thoughts, game plans, strategies, in a more disciplined, slower way, so that your physical body speeds up (as your perception slows down). It's a paradox.

Do you remember jokers' run? It happened as soon as he hired Igor, and as soon as he let him go, after winning Wimbledon, Joker began to lose a lot more matches again. Igor also used hypnotic techniques on Joker, along with electro frequency injections, as he is a psychological nutritionist, and got rid of the four white deaths: starch, salt, sugar, dairy, in his diet, and convinced him to give up gluten, as it gums up his blood streams' ability to transfer intention from our minds, into the physical body.

There are a lot of foods that gum up our blood stream. Slow down our cells ability to react quicker. Acidic food can cause our cells to contract, to try to expel excess acid, such as lactic acid, from the cell walls. Alkaline foods, can cause our cells to accept too much fluid, to open up and expand too much. It's a fine balance of both, that probably varies a bit from person to person, to achieve the correct balance, so our muscles can fire at an optimum rate. This balance will vary according to the heat of the match, the levels of muscle contraction and work done already, water levels inside the blood stream, oxygen levels are affected by this blood stream balance.

Oxygen levels inside the blood stream are extremely important to stamina, speed, and endurance.

This is why bellows breathing, after a tough point, can restore high levels of oxygen required for best speed/reaction times/endurance. Why do you think so many bikers used EPO?

"Erythropoiesis-stimulating agents (ESAs) have a history of use as blood doping agents in endurance sports, such as horseracing, boxing,[21] cycling, rowing, distance running, race walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, biathlon, and triathlon. The overall oxygen delivery system (blood oxygen levels, as well as heart stroke volume, vascularization, and lung function) is one of the major limiting factors to muscles' ability to perform endurance exercise. Therefore, the primary reason athletes may use ESAs is to improve oxygen delivery to muscles."

"Synthetic EPO is believed to have come into use in cycling about 1990.[28] In theory, EPO use can increase VO2max by a significant amount,[29] making it useful for endurance sports like cycling. Italian antidoping advocate Sandro Donati has claimed that the history of doping in cycling can be traced to the Italian Dr Francesco Conconi at the University of Ferrara. Conconi had worked on the idea of giving athletes tranfusions of their own blood in the 1980s. Donati felt this work "opened the road to EPO . . . because blood doping was a trial to understand the role of EPO".
