    Not sure exactly what matchpoint 7 meant either, but he could be saying don't bend knees too much or too little if you want to get a nice easy turn of your hips.

    This is one of the basic ideas of old Scotch golf pro Percy Boomer and modern American golf pro David Ledbetter.

    Both put the golfer in a barrel. If he then bends his legs too much the hips won't go around right. Makes perfect sense to me and seems like a good time to attack.
