  • John, did you ever consider doing in article on the important role of the non-dominant arm? How it sets up the shot correctly? (or did you already and I didn't find it?)

    • Super Slo Mo Video of Serve Pronation

      John,

I've been looking for that great video showing the upper arm and hand of Federer I believe showing his pronation filmed at an incredibly slow frame rate. Can you help me locate it??? I thought it was going to be an easy task for me to find it but after considerable time, alas no. It also could be that I get distracted by all the great content that distracts me while looking!!!!

Nope, can't find it. If you happen to remember something that would help with the search, I'd greatly appreciate it. It's a rare piece, was going to use it to demonstrate and can't find it. Thought I had saved it, but apparently not!!! I'm guessing you had a great time at Indian Wells, though didn't see any pics of you with tennis starletts this time...did I miss those posts?

It's on my bucket list to come spend time with you there one year!

              Kyle,

I appreciate your offering of direction, and looked throughout that section. The video I'm specifically looking for is 1/4000 frame rate (or something crazy like that) showing only a close up of the racquet/hand coming to the ball from the knife position and then opening up for contact and pronate through. I'm beginning to think I'm going crazy and confusing it with the great Novak slo mo vid. The stuff in the sections you mentioned will greatly demonstrate, the other just has in my mind a little more dramatic effect.

I really appreciate the assistance, and love your contributions to the website/forums!!!
