Based on the latest research in the field, this series shows players at any level how they can develop world class fitness using a few cones, medicine balls, rubber exercise tubing. It's simple and practical for players at all levels, as well as perfect for competitive players when traveling.



Mark Kovacs, PhD is a former All American and NCAA doubles champion at Auburn as well as a former tour player, who went on to receive a PhD in sports science with an emphasis on tennis specific research. He has coached and trained hundreds of high school, collegiate, and professional athletes both in his work for the USTA and in his private practice.

Mark is also a principal officer of the International Tennis Performance Association, or ITPA. The ITPA offers industry leading certification in all aspects of tennis performance training, as well as ongoing cutting edge continuing education, designed to keep coaches and trainers at the forefront of sports research.
