Hand, Arm and Racket Rotation
So what could that rotation mean? We've seen how important it is in the serve and the forehand. It's harder to see but just as key on the one handed backhand. Basically the hitting arm rotates as a unit up to 90 degrees or more. A key component on one handed racket speed!
